The root canal went very well. I barely had any soreness after.
I tried tempeh for the first time. I'm not vegan, but I'm cutting way back on meat and dairy and increasing exercise to hopefully reverse pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. Don't worry, I won't lecture anybody about going "plant-based." I do feel better though. I braised the tempeh in barbecue sauce and had it on a sandwich.
Workaholism is the vibe lately, so I need to get back to a balance for my mental health at least with a short meditations daily.

I eat a lot of dairy, but I don't miss meat at all. It's exciting how many options there are for food when you add together all the different cuisines.
